Needs a different magazine insert that has a fixed steel ejector and feed ramp. And the hammerhead thing gets in the way on the barrel.

This is one reason I’m not sure if I want the conversion if there are parts missing…

Just opened the package and inspected, and unfortunately it does not come with the rail mounts.

JF gun works had some. But other retailers carry them but i won't put a competitive link in here out of respect for rangeview. If you want to message me I'll tell you

I'm in the same boat. Bought this conversion kit back in the summer and can't use it. North Sylva needs to step up, because nowhere in the listings does it state that the kit is incomplete and if you have a newer X95 you need rail base units or you can't mount the rail. A couple $20 parts missing make a $1500 conversion useless. Radio silence from North Sylva.
