New Arrivals: the Holy Grail of Mosin Nagants !!! Finnish M39 Rifles in 7.62x54R

milsurps are a reasonable investment right now. really you can buy real estate, gold, silver, stock, gun, ammunition all have a reasonable increase in value year over year it seems.

Guess you guys better bring in another batch!

Make them hand select - might as well have the best for Canada!

These are hand select. Anthony went to classic 2 months ago and picked the rifles. I talked to the tradex staff while he was gone stateside doing it. These are not the crappier grades classic sells for lower prices.

I'm now wondering if weimarjack at armurie du lac or p&s will be listed some real gems as stocking dealers. I wasn't will to risk waiting to find out and potentially not get one.

Someone hurry up and buy M39-04 before I have t get a second one. That's a wartime stock on that beauty and as a 44 rifle is likely nearly unissued, hence how nice it looks. Yum.

By the way, the most expensive one there for $950 is refinished in a post-war stock.

I just counted, 13 sold and only 6 left and much of Canada is still at work and has not seen this ad.

For anyone willing to roll the dice, M39-19 is clearly in a nice wartime SAKO marked stock. It's advertised as a 42 Tikka, but there's a good chance the description is wrong and that it's actually a post-1941 Sako.

There were a few at $950. Which one?

I just wanted a nice looking one. Couldn't see the splices on mine.

Screw you man, I bought it. I don't even shot my other mosin nagant.

It's defnately not a Tikka, classic had less than 20 out of a lot of thousands. They didn't make many, and the price tag would be much higher ;) (I'm sure you know this, it's mainly a statement for the non-informed)

However, it's likely a nice VKT in a Sako stock, which happened from time to time, especially during post war rebuilds from what I gather.

Some straight stock VKT's have also shown up, of course, in Sako marked stocks.

Deal breaker for me. I don't think government graffiti belongs on a collectable rifle...

It's very small and under the front of the barrel, some of them are struck so light you can't even read it. This ain't some ugly "Billboard" marking.

I wouldn't worry about it. If you think these are bad, wait until the UN ones start to take effect for Canada.
