I just received the B&C stocks I ordered 8 weeks ago. Figured I'd post a few pics. I went with the no checkering version of the stocks. They arent bulky and really dont weight much.

The tan rifle is a stainless BDL in 7mm Ultra Mag. The grey stocked rifle is an XCR in 338wm.

I'm very happy with the fit and finish and how the new stocks feel. Definately an upgrade from the tupperware ones that were on there.

There is also a closeup of the bolt fluting I had done on the 7mm RUM.

Nice looking stocks there..
Who did you order them from as I would like to get one of their original Ti stocks..
Who did your bolt fluting?
Thanks

Alot of people crap on B&C, but I like them for the $. They are no McMillan, but they're about a 1/3 the price. I have one coming in the mail now for my 7SAUM

I order from here

Ordered the stocks from Rifle Accuracy. Lots of members here have purchased from them as well.

The bolt was fluted by Karl Feldcamp from Kampfeld Customs.

Nice looking stocks, I should be able to post the green sister of those here within the next couple weeks. I ordered the same in the OD green/black web configuration. If it feels as good as it looks, i will likely order another for my 6.5-06

PM inbound.

I'd like to see how the green one looks. I was really close to ordering it instead of the gray one.

Did you order the one with the checkering or without?

To be honest, I know its not a McMillan but I'm really pleased with them.

It's not flexy, doesnt sound hollow and feels about a million times better than the factory tupperware one.

These B&C's with the aluminium bedding block are a heckuva deal....if you're not building a lightweight they can't be beat for the price...with our dollar where it is they can be landed for a bit over $300......I've bought three now...I like them.

I actually weighed my rifles before and after the new stocks. They really didnt add much. I was expecting about 1/2 a pound or so but it was nowhere near that.

Both rifles sit right about at the 8lb mark with scopes, rings, and 26'' magnum contour barrels.

I looked on the net but I couldn't figure it out. Anybody know if B&C makes a stock for the BRNO 602/CZ550 Magnum mauser action?
