New Benelli MR1 Assault Rifle - Who has them??

I saw this new design at a trade show down south a few months ago, and recently received notification that they are available.

It's a slick self defence/sport rifle with similar but unique AR characteristics.

Does anyone know what the classification for this rifle, it ships with a standard 16" barrel which fits in the restricted category, but at the trade show they mentioned that they would also have a 20" available. I'm hoping it will be non restricted.

It's comes with a 5round mag, but AR mags fit it as well.

I haven't seen any and I don't think it will be a big seller due to it's looks. It looks like an R1, in a minor calibre with a bolt on pistol grip stock and black furnature. It also appears to be the same reciever that they use for the larger calibre guns, just fitted with a magazine insert to take the AR type mags. I'd actually like it in the R1 type configuration, sporting rifle type, I bet it would sell better with nice figured wood stocks rather than that hoeky synthetic stuff.
