New browning for 2019

Sorry scratch that, im thinking of wrong pic. The second last one on the previous page is the new White Lightning in 410 i believe. Theyre making the newly restyled White Lighting available in small bores as Shotshow editions.

I thought the pipes looked too skinny for a 16... I had a Lightning .410 a few years back, but sold it in favour of a 28 gauge. Looking for a 20 now, straight English or POW, Schnabel forend, satin wood... was hoping they might have something slim and trim coming out.

I like them as well. But were they ever really innovative.

Yeah in there hay day from 1890 - 1910 they were they foremost gun manufacture's.

Now nothing they do is all that stunning. The quality control is getting worse and worse as time goes on.

Check out Browning Canada's facebook page, its filled with complaints and horror stories.

Pic is a bit deceiving it is a 16 ga. They seem to be trying to get 16’s a comeback cal.

Thanks, I like the features for an upland gun, it just needs a slimmer Schnabel forend. I don't think I will go back to 16 gauge, I like 20 guage field loads for grouse and woodcock and early pheasants... later in the season I switch to 12 gauge, too many years of doing that and now 16 gauge feels like either too much or too little.
