Looks easy enough to do.

Must be. Even I could do it The top sight screw would loosen up, but I finally figured out that 24 in/lbs on the top sight screws and 26 in/lbs on the front barrel screw is still tight after about 1000 rounds. Browning will not provide this information as they don't want you taking it apart.

I got a Buck Mark Plus UDX in June. They are very nice .22 pistols, but I shoot my rifles much more and haven't taken it out in months.

Halftail, I have a Burris Fastfire on my Neos for 3+ years with zero issues. I sold my Buckmark and Ruger Mark3 after I bought the Neos. But after shooting my buddies Buckmark Hunter, I feel the need to buy one.

Just ordered one myself. One question I've had no luck answering is... What type of material is the sight base made of? I'm hoping its aluminum like the frame.

Yup its not plastic...Aluminum!

I had a Buck Mark Camper URX Stainless for a couple of years. I got rid of it because the two screws on top kept coming loose and the gun would stop shooting after about 90 rounds.

Also, I'm not a great fan of guns with plastic parts.

They're both great pistols but the Buckmark is much easier to disassemble
