Done...sort of. Notice what I forgot in the bbl'd action photo? Also it is a CM bbl so need to finish it but I was too anxious to shoot it. AND...I don't have a stock yet. I have an HS Precision repeater stock incoming so it will look a little different. Oh ya, went with .260 rem since I had the reamer already.

nice bolt handle man, I may do mine Savage to a 260rem like your when barrel is available, there is nothing wrong with that stock you have on, it is HS?...

Here's some from another post...Conditions were HORRIBLE ( very gusty crosswind) so I have little doubt it will tighten up considerably. These were shot fire-forming win .243 brass. Loads were a little hot, gonna back down and ladder test next. Just grabed these to try out real quick before I sandblast the bbl, but now I don't want to take it off!! The 140 smk's worked well.

nice!

Thanks for taking the time to post the process pics juan - very interesting.

I am musing over a .224 barrel for my stevens as that is the largest calibre allowed here in newfie for coyote.

But you know that 10FP take off .308 barrel you sold me a couple years ago is just a hummer with a match chamber in it. Hard to take it off.

best,

Pete
