Hi, I just received a promotional email from Burris, as I'm sure many others here did as well. One of the promotions is a coupon which entitles the purchaser of an AR332 sight to a free Fastfire III red dot. In reading the fine print on the coupon, it states that the offer is open to Canadians as well as Americans.
Does anyone know if red dot sights are subject to the same ITAR non-export regulations from the States as are regular riflescopes? I'll bite on this offer if I am sure to receive the FastfireIII (it's mailed to you after the purchase receipt and coupon is submitted), but I don't want to find out after the fact that the U.S. gov't won't let them send me the red dot. Anybody know for sure?
