Cowboy School......Grade 1 curriculum
1: Watch all the John Wayne & Jim Stewart movies you can find at least once.
2: Watch all 8 hrs of "Lonesome Dove" (preferably in one sitting) at least twice,the
first time for the pure
enjoyment . The second time to pick out your favorite hat style. Sometimes it will
take years to get the right "character" into it.
3: Adopt some dead whores kid...preferably named Newt, but Newly or Festus will do.
4: Marry a biggg woman name of "Peach". Now Peach ain't gonna be too purty so
keep a good 2 dollar whore handy fer yourself.
5: Know that July Johnson isn't your typical L.E.O....Rosco Brown is.
6: Haul a big piece of dead meat around with ya for a month in the middle
of summer. Wear your chosen hat and visit all your friends while doing this.
Grade Two;
1: Buy lots of #### ---Guns - holsters- belts & and all other sorts of leather goods -boots-1000's of brass-powder by the keg -clothes -hats and lots of other stuff.
2: Remember to buy good quality stuff so you don't piss your friends off with poor #### when you sell it to them for 1/3 the price you payed (see grade three).
Grade three;
Start your wife to shootin with ya. Buy more stuff. "Peach" will see to it that you never shoot in the same outfit twice. You will be forever more changing your persona and costume on a regular basis...see #2 in grade two, you will understand now.
Now your ready to understand most any scenario the shoot directors will throw at ya. The shootin part is easy and will be a blast .... until you get cocky and miss your first stationary shotgun target at 10 or 12 yrds...and you will for sure, eventually miss one, ask anybody who has played this wonderful game.
