I'm one of those guys who has had non-restricted guns for a long time, but never done the upgrade to get the RPAL. Well, this past spring I challenged the CRFSC and jumped all the hoops needed. Just had my Ruger SR45 out to the range for the first time the other day and ran my first batch of handloads through it.

It was awesome.

Guys, if you're thinking of getting your RPAL but haven't yet, just do it. Fun times await.

Yup! And.... HGs turn into ARs. Still can't believe I purchased a rifle that I can only take to a range. Great fun for service rifle though.

Already have a revolver (antique, hence no need for the RPAL). It's fun too, but I'm enjoying the semi more at the moment. Might just be the novelty.

Congrats on the RPAL. Rifles are fun and pistols are funner! And they're all fun, semi's, revolvers, you name it!

Now you will have to explain to your wife why all the cash is gone from the bank account, because handguns are addictive.
