It's an AR. The barrel could be four feet long and it will still be restricted. Geez

My speculation is that they will take time re-examining it as if it's a new firearm design and issue a new FRT, not simply take a cursory look by mating it to an AR uppper.

They aren't Sp1 clones, and they have decent hand guards.

Until very recently we used to submit pictures and were granted an FRT within a day ir two. This is a restricted rifle after all. Now there is a giant document that must be followed regarding the different type of AR15 lower types. I guess they don't like some of the AR15 lower designs coming in recently

Yes, they are here in our warehouse. So as soon as we have an FRT, they will be for sale

Quad rail would be a deal breaker. Some of us don't feel the need to hang 17 pieces of junk off of our rifle. Keymod or mlok free float handguards would be much better IMO.
