OUt of curiousity..with an 18 in barrel, what about an 18.5 in....any chance that would take it out of restricted territory?
It's an AR. The barrel could be four feet long and it will still be restricted. Geez

The RCMP has changed their policy regarding AR15 variants and FRT. It will take longer than expected.Any idea when these will be available for purchase?

Yeah, I'm curious about this too.
here's hoping it's a change for the better...but i'm not holding my breath.
7.62x39 would be great
Wondering this as well, could you elaborate please?

How about some decent hand guards?
I mean, if it's intended to look like an AR 15/SP1 clone, it really needs some new furniture.
Crappy lighting, but you get the idea. I said m-lock before, but they are keymod:

Until very recently we used to submit pictures and were granted an FRT within a day ir two. This is a restricted rifle after all. Now there is a giant document that must be followed regarding the different type of AR15 lower types. I guess they don't like some of the AR15 lower designs coming in recentlyWondering this as well, could you elaborate please?
Yes, they are here in our warehouse. So as soon as we have an FRT, they will be for saleSo is this happening or what.....??
Quad rail would be a deal breaker. Some of us don't feel the need to hang 17 pieces of junk off of our rifle. Keymod or mlok free float handguards would be much better IMO.
They give a service standard of 18 months3 months and no FRT....?
