When you get new dies how do you clean them? I got two sets today of carbide and are full of dust and a light coating of oil. What is the best way to clean them?

Not sure that I've ever had "new" dies.
Brake clean works great for a lot of degreasing applications but DO NOT be getting any on your hands. Nasty stuff. Particularly the older chlorinated stuff.

Don't forget to clean out the little tiny hole in the threads. I use a staple ground down down to fit. That hole can get pretty gunked up, and my dies when new were all pretty dirty in there. If you ever get dented cases, and the issue isn't too much lube, it's probably that little hole clogged up. I just used the same hoppes 9 that I use for all my gun cleaning.

Brake cleaner works great, but take your dies out first.

I sprayed it on the whole turret assembly on my Lee 1000.
Had to replace the powder hopper, auto discs, o-rings.

That stuff just dissolves plastic.
