I think the only thing you could do better than bringing in 4064 would be to bring 4064 AND reloaded 223.

A ball powder around the speed of W748 or H335 would be nice for progressive loading of .223 and .308 with powder measures.

Pretty sure IMR GD-OTS doesnt make a ball powder at the Valleyfield QC plant.
