After hearing about all the great reviews from the guys owning a foxpro, I took the plunge and my spitfire arrived today. I bought a small inexpensive tripod, attached it to the foxpro then put some camo netting over it and my homemade decoy on top. The decoy consist of a toy rabbit head and some beaver fur. Keep in mind that when in the on position the rabbits head and ears just keep spinning round and round. I can't wait to go give it a try. Imagine those coyotes hearing a dying rabbit scream peek their heads out and see this thing spinning and screaming, how can they resist...
......I have had some good success with my homemade e-caller but I am hoping to improve my success even more with this setup and use my homemade caller as a backup.
My foxpro came with 24 sounds, some I don't need and plan on changing them to crow calls. I hope to do that in the next few days. Plan on reading the manual several times first though. Don't want to screw things up.... If I get a chance I am going out tomorrow after work for a quick set. I am pumped.... Frank
