New Electronic Ordering Form Online

Ellwood Epps has recently added an electronic ordering form to our website. Located under the Purchases and Procedures tab on the left-hand side of the main page, this form allows our customers to fiill out the information required for any purchase, as well as provide specific details and quoted prices for the items they are ordering.

Please use this form whenever possible, then either print and fax it to our store, or send your order by E-mail. We have already tested the form and find that it makes our ordering desk far more efficient when used correctly!
 
We are not set up for EMT payments at this time, nor do we have any plans for that service in the near future.

We accept cash, debit, money order and credit card for all purchases.

The order form is simply meant to ease the effort required to place and fill orders, and thus far it has worked out quite stellar! We are still ironing out a few wrinkles here and there, but we have already had about 20 customers use the form, and it has greatly improved not only our service, but their ability to select and order the exact items they desire.
 
We have come to notice that many people using our electronic order form are neglecting to include their Postal Code when providing their address for shipping. The Postal Code is a vital piece of information, without which we cannot ship product to a buyer.

Please remember to include your Postal Code as well as the Area Code for your telephone number.

If this information is not included, we cannot complete your purchase!
 
Have the programmer to put in an edit control to the Postal code space - if it is not filled, the form will not be allowed to be submitted.
