New email for donations now set up

I'm sending 50 per payday. And to CCFR. Roughly what I used to spend as a recreational paper puncher. If anything I would like to make things as difficult as possible for Blair and PM Longstockings

Did 100 cheers to all
Eh you folks hear our jack azz primer minster on CBC this morning talking about the buy back ..he said it will make Canadians safer ...ya right bull...Cacca

Another donation your way.

Just a tip for you guys sending donations. If your unsure if you can spring $100 here or there, just pretend your taking the wife out on a really nice date. Then you won’t notice it missing from your account. Just don’t tell her that, trust me.

BTT This case is imperative to the gun owners, yet seems sadly underfunded. Guys you need to understand something, if ATRS cannot fund this action to the end it dies meaning we all lose. Getting rid of the ilk like Smith and Etter is paramount and having the feds pee pee slapped for breaking the law thousands of times by unlawfully changing FRTs is a BIG DEAL. This action is not simply about ATRS and their clientele, it encompasses many thousands of other peoples property and will set the bar for any proposed compensation.
We HAVE to help this cause!!

Rick and the troups,

FOC did a great job at raising 30K from the community and handed 60K to the CCFR (link below)

Seems like when there is a bone at the end, folks tend to be more generous so may I suggest you raffle 1 MS, then 1 MV, then 1 MH?
Or any other rifles any sponsors would be good enough to contribute?

I believe Greentips would gladly support/allow the initiative on CGN.

Sell 500 stickers (participations or tickets) at 50$ each. It could generate welcome monies to the legal fund.

Already donated several times but it seem donations are a little shy. Just trying to help to keep donations flowing in... and keep my guns!

We just did a fundraiser with Gravel Agency / Magpul / Vortex all donating a Rem 700, in magpul chassis, with vortex PST gen II 5-25 and RAzor 4000 range finder. We cannot do raffle's here, the AGLC (Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission) in our experience was not as accommodating as other provinces, so SFRC The Ammo Source managed the stickers. I cannot recall the exact number it raised, I believe it was $12,000. It actually just finished up last week and sold out in one day, so definitely something we are interested in continuing to do more of in the future.

Thanks for the explanation Shaun.

I'm sad to hear Alberta has the same kind of Gaming BS in place as we have here in QC.

I did participate to the fundraiser you mention. I look forward to more and will participate to all of them and at the same level.

Keep up the good fight guys, we are with you.

Thanks Shaun for the explanation and I'd second the suggestion to find a way to keep the raffles going, even if it means working with other retail partners in the industry. I do donate, but I missed out on the last draw (sold out by the time I saw it) and would be more than happy to participate in ALL future draws, as I am sure many others would. I especially like the idea of a draw for ATRS firearms if the draw could be structured in a way that it commits to supplying the winners in the case of a court win, and in the unfortunate event that this legal action is drawn out or unsuccessful, then the participants assume the risk of possibly no "prize".

The ONLY way that we would move forward with any sort of raffle would be to raffle off something that we have. The last one was very tangible and I believe the rifle package has already been shipped to the new owner/winner. IIRC it is illegal to raffle or auction anything that is not readily available to be transferred.

Fair enough, it will be straight up donations then. :)
