Absolutely. This was cataract surgery by the way. The distance only lens is covered by AHC, but I opted for the specialty lenses. Vivity EDOF lenses and Toric to address my astigmatism. Cost was $5,000 all in for both eyes. I've had great results and experienced no side effects.

That said, I now have a bunch of prescription shooting and other lenses that are junk. Not that I'll miss them.

No laser. Just replacing clouded natural lenses with new and enhanced ones.

I know how you feel, after 20 eye surgeries, and having been declared legally blind in each eye at some point, I really enjoy having good vision again. I actually started a bad flinch when my vision issues started, and although it is greatly reduced, it still reappears at times. My vision has been very stable over the past few years, and I am shooting better than I have since the last century.
