New Federal Ammo SKUs

Interesting bullet weight choice. I thought the only reason to get a 7prc was because it stabilized longer heavier bullets. What am I missing here? That is the same bullet weight offered in the 7 rem magnum...... Is there something in the terminal ascent bullet design that only allows lighter bullets?
