Ok fair enough but was it necessary for whoever was grinding the outside of the mags for whatever reason to remove most of the material? I will post pics after lunch.

If we were to simply pin the mag the rivet would slightly extrude and not load into the firearm.

I've got to and they sure don't look like that one... the other two looks not too bad, but that last one is just wrong.

I got 7 of those exact same mags from Questar in 11-12. Mine looks way better than that with only the minimum material removed and epoxy added.

Never had an issue with 1000's of rounds on them

No epoxy.
Drill holes in the back for non existent pins
Metal plate welded on the inside to block the follower and an ungodly amount of grinding on the outside for some reason.
I have only taken them out once so far but the amount of material removed from the one mag makes me question its durability.

mine look like that but not quite as bad...
no excuse for that garbage...
I'm not happy either from Questar and doubtful I would buy another Sig without actually seeing it first.

Ouch. Mk 25 is nice, but ...
