I’d love to do a trip down to Sidney island and try some fallow deer, I’ve never tasted it. Would also love to go for elk on the main island, but I’ve heard tags are rarer than Bigfoot. I grew up in Alberta and did hunt with friends when I was younger, huge size difference between the deer back in AB and Island Deer.
