Great idea. We had a gun owner raided by SWAT here in Calgary on the first day of hunting season. A neighbor looked into his kitchen just before dawn and observed him getting his stuff ready. Full tactical response - they even evacuated the entire block before getting on the loudspeaker to tell him to come out with his hands up. He did not go hunting that day. An orange muzzle protector could have gone a long way to prevent that.

That guy in Calgary they raided, needs to sue the police for sure, the police take their instructions on whether they will get a conviction from the crown, so if the crown or the justice minister,instructs them that they should charge someone, then they will no doubt be civilly responsible for their actions . Then ,if the force itself is liable so is the crown, If they instructed the Calgary Police, charge everyone without cause also, A suit would also flush out if the Gov't s or just someone in Justice, policy is to raid everyone with a rifle coming out of their house ,or having one out in use,inside your house,, because everyone I knew in Alberta that works in bear country carries one to the job . and bear country is 10 miles away from Calgary,

Anyway, my idea is to put enough rounds through it to melt off the cap. Then write a scathing e-mail to Glock about crappy quality.
