New Glock Arrivals...

Really? That sucks. You brought in and sold us some great Glocks! We voiced our outrage at Glock when they inflated Canadian pricing and tried to cut your supply off. They conceded and lowered their Canadian pricing. You kept bringing in cool Glocks (minus the tiger stripes - sorry). Aren't you guys Glock Armorers? You were the only reliable source for buying the harder to get Glocks like the G19 and G26. Say it ain't so..
 
Mark, will these start coming in again when stock goes up in the States? please PM me if you have a g26 lying around.

That would be sweet if Lone Wolf put together something especially for the Canadian Market, perhaps a G26 long slide? I guess I can dream.

We'll see in future... right now Glocks are very hard to find in the US... most distributors have nothing much in stock and they have more orders than product to ship. There's also no money in it... by the time we buy the gun; ship the gun to our US office; do the barrel install; export to Canada; etc. we don't make all that much on them... some profit on the barrel but overall not enough to warrant the cash outlay, the work and the hassles.

Remember that Glock has gone out of their way to make it difficult for Questar to source guns this past year and change... they blacklisted us from every US distributor and threatened the distributors with termination if they didn't cut us off.

When the guns become readily available again we'll take another look at it but for now it's just pointless for us. Glad to hear that others are able to source the guns and make them available.

There was a long Thread about this back in early 2008. Glock's official position was that Glock had to approve all US exports of any Glock product and that they would not do so because they had a Canadian Distributor and they didn't want any other Glock product entering Canada, regardless of whether US State Department had issued us Export Permits or not. Here is the letter they sent around...

Reality was that we were selling Glocks and accessories for less than the Canadian "authorized" Glock dealers and rumour was that there were complaints about that (our pricing). Glock also didn't apparently want compact and sub-compact models being offered to civilians and obviously Glock didn't want their brand new guns being sold with other company's barrels (and Glock declined to offer a 106mm barrel for Canada... and apparently still refuses to offer it).

Anyway... there was a lot of discussion about this in the old thread. Some Canadians wrote to Glock USA and received some interesting responses back... one actually stated that installations of aftermarket (non-Glock) barrels was a safety issue and dangerous. The email was printed in the old thread by the fellow who received it from Glock.

The whole thing was bizarre since we continued to be able to source Glocks in spite of their efforts... though admittedly it was more difficult and it cost us more (which means they were successful in driving up costs and selling prices).

How stupid. HK who some people say hates us supplies 106mm barrel and I've been able to get HK parts after a few months wait.

It's too bad, I really want to get some subcompact Glocks but with such an attitude I may just abstain.
 
Now i remember , but it s vague in my mind since i bought my G19 at the best price possible from u . So happy i did it after seing the recent pricing 1200$ WOW
 
Ok, so GLOCK USA don't want to sell you guns anymore, so what! Import them directly from Austria like some dealer do. Importing guns from the US is a PITA anyway.

Like Marc said , it s just not worth the hasle !! would u buy a G19 for 1200$ + tax when u couldve had one for 800$ a year ago ?? I sure wouldnt ...

Long gone... the only Glock we have left is 1 engraved Glock 27 ("Tiger Stripe"). The other 27 Tiger Stripe sold last night... everything else sold over the last week or two.

I don't know man, the Tiger stripes? As a vendor, I am really surprised you brought these in. I'd stay away from this type of ornamentation in the future. It's about as cool as a mullet.
