Well, I never thought I would jump on the Glock fan wagon but I have to tell you this: Just got a Gen 4 21 .45 and man, I am in love with this thing. Feels like a real gun compared to the G17 and G19 I ran a few years back. I was a Sig 226 fan and I love .44 Mag revolvers, but I think this baby just might be my new crush. Wow...nice job Austria.

I used to not be a fan of Glocks back in the day. I could always agree on their reputation, reliability, simplicity, etc... the hard facts. But I just could not get over the grip angle and the size of the grip (I have mentioned many times before I have tiny hands).

Then 2 things happened that made Glock shoot up to tied for first (with M&P): They released the Gen 4, which had its problems at first but made it a usable size for me; and I worked at a rental range and saw what the guns went through and saw first hand what guns were reliable and what guns were not. I can literally give direct first hand experience on a very large number of pistols and was amazed with Glocks.

As I learned more and became a better and better shooter, I actually learned to like the grip angle and overall feel of the Glocks as well. I was truly converted by the guns themselves. Now no one can tell me differently because of what I have seen and experienced myself.
