new grip for my Mesa Urbino stock

Just a tip for whomever is running a Mesa Urbino stock out there, you can replace the grip that comes on the Mesa with a benelli M4 rubber grip, direct replacement, took less than a minute to do.

The Benelli grip feels much better in the hand due to it being made of a softer rubber, and is also less square on the back than the Mesa. All in all, just a much better grip in general!

Pretty nifty. Is there really that much of an improvement though? I like the supplied grip just fine.

I think the Benelli has a more round backstrap where the Mesa is a little more blocky/square.

yup as stated above, you can get these grips from Brownells, they are pretty inexpensive.

the main differences between the benelli grip and the mesa is that the rubber is more supple, and grippier than the mesa, the backstrap is more rounded as well, it feels much better in the hand than the mesa grip, and is more comfortable to shoot with, especially when running 3" magnum slugs

I looked and the only grip I found looks just as squared off as my Urbino grip.

Wiggle pull, wiggle pull, wiggle pull. That's how I got mine off at least.
