Lol, never ship by rail during the winter. Nothing moves and even worse if your shipment is unlucky enough to be set off somewhere for a defect. It’ll be sitting there awhile, no matter which railroad is moving it.
 
FINALLY mine arrived

Finally got mine and was at the range today. Was getting nice groups at 25 yards. Ran flawlessly through 300 rounds. Only bad thing was because the stock is so short the front sight swims around in the rear sight. But great gun overall.

Tenda ordered a little bit later, and did not get theirs from the first batch. They are receiving few rifles very soon, as they are in transit to them.

who do we go to in case something brakes or goes wrong with these? What is warranty policy on these and will ever be any spare parts?

The warranty on these is LIFETIME.

The parts will slowly trickle in the next month or so, once the dust settles a little. All warranties will be done by us.

How long does it usually take for warranty emails through your website to be read and responded to? I called last week after waiting a week for a reply and the person I spoke with said the warranty guy had been out of the office for a while but he was back..... still no response a week later?
