you think i dont know that? thats precisely why it made no sense for me when the guy stated that there was ANOTHER mp5 look alike from GSG that passed canadian classification.

The MP44 does look similar, other than being a bit longer, and having a wooden stock.

Just goes to show, never believe everything you hear in a gunstore.

The decision was entirely based on visual appearance, rather than technical facts. We have decided to dispute that decision. We retained T. Murray Rankin Q.C. of Heenan Blaikie to pursue a review of that decision and, if necessary, an appeal. We will further inform you of any developments on this matter
