Just signed up so I can lurk and take a peek at the threads. Taking my safety courses (non restricted and restricted) in February, they're pretty backed up here. This site is pretty helpful when researching the process of getting licensed, etc.

Also, the vendor links have me shopping around way too early, considering after February I'll still need to wait for my PAL to be approved :)

Could you let me know where your taking your courses? Around what part of NB? I got a few friends I need to sign up and Febuary is not a bad wait. Yes, they are crazy backed up these days. Awesome forum man, get used to how things work around here and sign up for the EE once you get your licenses :D

I'm from Fredericton. I think February was filling up fast when I was signing up. When I went to grab the application for the restricted course, I got there, then a couple more people showed up to sign up. I was pretty surprised, didn't think there were that many people around here that were interested in gun ownership.

hah #### yes. In the past 6 years I've been bringing people to the range I sign up from 3 to about 8 people a year. And every year the big problem is trying to get them IN the course! Freddy ain't too far from Bathurst so I'll check to see if there is any place.

The EE is what makes my sun shine:redface:
 
Welcome aboard, Quispamsis here. I think you'll find this is a great place to hang out and a great place for resources, though the local representation is a little thin....but right full of friendlies when you do find them!
