New guy from Ottawa/Gatineau

Hi everyone!

This forum is great and I wanted to take a few minutes to present myself.

I am a young guy (23) from Gatineau, I work in Ottawa and I have been hunting (deer, black bears, small games..) for the last 3 years, but I have discovered a new passion lately which is shooting guns .

I am not really into handguns (don't have RPAL) but, I have been practicing precision shooting at a private land for a while and I really like it.

I am also getting pretty good at throwing and shooting clays alone hahaha.

Hence why I am looking to join a range, but I don't know much about it and that is something I would like to learn more about and go see how it works, I will be looking for someone that could guide/mentor me into the range world , I can tip in for gas, ammos, beers (just kidding ), etc...

Speaking of the EOHC, any word on if there are plans to get a skeet and trap shooting range up someday? That would be fun.

But please, be patient for a reply.
Things are run by volunteers and they are often pretty busy with other things.
There is a work day party on June 12, if you are so inclined.
You could come out and meet folks and let yourself be known.
