Hi all , I was at the Toronto sportsmen show and met a gent there that told me about this site, Very cool!!

Glad to be a part of it, we Canadians have to stick together to protect our rights.

I grew up north of Sudbury and shot alot , was out of it for years and a few years ago I built my first military musket kit, And I was hooked again.

Now My primary hobby is building and firing representations of the military flintlock.

I have also done a bit of reinacting.

As of lately I have been thinking of this "challenge the registry" thing and getting a old moisin nagant to refinish, and shoot.

Though with the whole Orwellian government legislation criminalizing the lawabiding shooters I may stick to my rock locks for now and see what happens.

Presently I am working and exhisting in the big smoke ....Fixing to move to my property in Nova Scotia in 2 years or so.

Any how thats me !

I hope I can contribute

Robert

:welcome: Musketfire. I've never fired a flintlock but have always been interested in getting into some of our older historic firearms. Did you get a chance to visit the Canadian Shooting Sports booth at the show? If you missed it and are not yet a member, click on their icon at the top of the page, you can sign up online. With the s**tstorm that Mcquinty and Miller are trying to start we need all the members and support we can get to fight for out sport and our rights as gun owners. The CSSA needs us and we definitely need the CSSA:wave:
