New Guy question - do i have to resize every time?

I size the brass just enough to allow chambering in the rifle with a slight resistance being felt when the bolt handle is about 3/4 closed.

If you only have one rifle, that means you're full length sizing the neck and bumping back the shoulder appx 2-3 thou.
