I disagree. Back when I was young(er) and stupid(er) I tried to hold the slide back on a Glock 17 with my thumb. Hurt a bit, but I doubt very much you would lose it.
 
Damn fine looking gun (and yet another pic rail instead of some other proprietary h&K rail :) ).

One guy on that thread is right in that some HKs are starting to look and feel alot like Walther P99s but that's ok with me. Walther looks (and adjustability) combined with HK reliability makes for one great combination in my books...

Are you sure? I am not saying you are wrong, but I was under the impression that it is the new name in Europe for the P3000. If you are right I am a happy man!
