I did received a reference number within 2 days of purchase unasked for to my email. That was Aug 5

A few days ago I was able to successfully place an online order for a pistol, I received a confirmation email, and it was showing in my orders. But now the order has disappeared from my orders page (older ones are still showing).

Is the order still good, or does this mean it was cancelled or a bug of some kind??? I appreciate that you're super busy over there, but I kind of need to know if this order is still valid asap because my chances placing an order somewhere else are rapidly vanishing. I emailed a couple days ago but no response. Phones are jammed and it just sends me to voicemail.
