Would have to take proprietary magazines to be allowed in CanadaCome on, Henry... Supersize the Homesteader and offer us a wood furnitured semi-auto .223.
It is the best price I've seen so far. I got lucky and snagged mine on sale last year so I paid only slightly more that this.Best price ive seen compared to the 2350$ going rate on Gun post
Love this. Also adding RPP furniture to mine.It is the best price I've seen so far. I got lucky and snagged mine on sale last year so I paid only slightly more that this.
For your information... MRX 20 round mags fit in these if the feed lips are massaged down a millimeter or 2

That's fine with me. Other .223 mags could be made to fit with some ingenuity.Would have to take proprietary magazines to be allowed in Canada
But it’s not worth it for a company like Henry. Their us customers would want ar mags so they would have to make a special run with different magazines just for Canada, plus have a magazine company make those because they wouldn’t want to do it in house. Probably over 90% of their customers are in the us.That's fine with me. Other .223 mags could be made to fit with some ingenuity.
They really should.Henry needs to start including rails on these and the homesteader. Even still, I'm really tempted to buy one or two of these lever actions. And I'm not even a lever gun fan.![]()
got a link? I'm not opposed to buying a gun just because I got a good deal on a rail....They really should.
That said, I'm using a $14 Chinesium Amazon special Homesteader rail on my Supreme. Works just fine.

Ranger Point Precision - optic rail, handguard and adjustable stockAre you going to tell us about your tacticool additions?![]()
Indeed, these have the smoothest actions of any lever gun ever made. No need to be forceful with it like most levers... You can cycle it with one finger as slow and soft as you want and it never fails to feed or extract.Just handled one at FOC in Oshawa. SMOOTH action, and points and shoulders like a dream.
