I just completed my Black Badge course and competed in my first match in Montreal earlier this month. I think I have caught the fever already and I have met some really great people in the process. I am so looking forward to my next match.

Welcome hope to see you out at a match. What division and what gear are you using?

YAY for new shooters, I got a match this comming weekend and we got something like 20 or more first timers. should be fun. I think its a good match for them.

Glock 22 is on the production list. production is not limited to 9 mm only. there is the odd person out there who shots 45 in production and lots of people who shot 40 in production.

GLOCK 17, 19, 20, 21, 21SF, 22, 23, 26, 27, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 36, 37, 38, 39

Also approved are variants with original Glock barrels which are longer than standard (e.g. 17A, 17DK), as well as variants with "Tactical", "Mariner" or similar OFM engravings on the slide, provided the barrel length does not exceed 127mm, and provided all other aspects of these variants fully comply with all other Production Division rules.

Not Approved:
18, 24, 25, 28, 34, 35, Pro, L and C models

yeah glock 22 is def production. and IS on the list. speaking of .45, ive shot with a guy using either a USP or Mark 23 in .45. just awesome!!

~~~happiness is a warm gun~~~
i know a lot of people who shoot .40 S&W in production. If loaded to 125-130 PF, the .40S&W offers no real disadvantage IMHO. factory ammo is another story. either way don't let anyone scare you, its all for fun anyways. i shoot .45 in standard and i dont see it as any disadvantage besides the fact that i am always scrounging for my brass.
Welcome to the club Pres 717
I also shoot my Springfield XD in .40 S&W loaded to 125-130 PF. I don't see that as a disadvantage against a lot of 9mm around me.
Personally i wouldn't run my power factor in the 125 - 130 range. i would run it up around 135 to allow for variations in chrono's and weather conditions.
