I am sure a CZ75 Kadet is less expensive and I know that the Kadet is a great 22. Regards, Richard
And your point is? I liked the feel and design of the Kimber,it had great reviews,and I can afford it,so I bought it.I didn't even consider the CZ.I did consider the S&W 41,but I am not going to be shooting competitively.

Where did you buy it? I've had one ordered from Wholesale Sports for about a year now.
I sent e-mails all over Canada,then found one at Bashaw Sports which is about 1-1/2 hours from Edmonton Alberta.They have a site that's easily found by googling their name,but it only list a small sample of their inventory.They just recently received a Kimber order,and are great people to deal with.I have bought a few guns from them in the past,and usually place my special orders with them.

I just picked up my rimfire target yesterday.
I couldn't wait so I hit the range on the way home. I think I'll be shooting this one a lot.
ps: I got mine at Italian Sporting Goods, not sure if they have the Supers but Victor there was good to deal with, give him a call.

It's my money!Obviously many people think that shooting what they want is worth some extra money,or we would all be shooting stevens or surplus rifles.I just bought a 700 5R and a Nightforce scope instead of a 700sps and a Falcon Menace because those are what I wanted and can afford.If cost was the only factor,many of our vendors would not be able to make a living.

Well said Studdlejumper, from another stubblejumper ( in the summer)If we only bought what is cheap ( which I do often), I would not have
half of my guns .

Ask yourself that same question.
I merely posted about the gun that I had just purchased.You were the person that insinuated that I should have purchased another lower priced gun.If anyone is in any way provoking an argument,it is you through your insinuations as to my choice of gun and the price.
I will be the first to admit that it isn't the most practical choice,but then again with our handgun laws,no rimfire handgun is really practical.
I am told that the break in is much shorter with the Rimfire Super since it is supposedly hand fitted in the custom shop.
At Kimbers recommendation,I will start with some cci minimags to break it in ,then do some testing to see what it prefers.
Kind of bringing this tread back from the dead but it's been over a now since you've had the pistol. Whats your verdict on it now that it has surely been worked in? Im contemplating getting the stainless target model or since I have found this thread I'm looking at this pistol now too. Im not concerned with how much it costs as it will likely be the last pistol I buy for a few years so in my head I think I mine as well go balls out and get a good one haha.
