That ring is a mark from your seater die where it supports the bullet, common no worries. Not sure what that ring is below the shoulder around the case though...?
I too was wondering about the ring below the shoulder that is not normal??
Also why did you load 20 rounds with the same powder charge ?? Normally I would load the first rounds (3 to 5 rds) at a time with different powder charges 42.5 grs 43 gr 43.5 grs 44.grs 44.5 grs Then as you shoot them look for groupings and inspect cases for pressure sighs then load the next rds .2 grs to either side of where you find your best groupings
