New Loading Bench Layout

At one time, my loading bench was quite congested, with a press,measure,scale, trimmer, trickler,primer pocket cleaning tools, deburring tools etc., but at this point, I am down to three tools that not only perform all of those tasks, but they do it quicker, with less effort. The press is still the same, but the Chargemaster replaces the scale, the measure, and the trickler. The new Universal Case Prep Center, trims brass, chamfers in and out, and cleans primer pockets, much faster than I could do it in the past.

your set up is ok but >>> dont try to use your powder scale and do other stuff. the reason being the scale is very sensitive and it will not do accurate measures for you . it tells you in your manual the dos and donts . i got a dedicated place for my scale so, it works great then you can work with your other stuff this is my opion on this but im sure some of the other guys would agree with me ,,,,,, hound13

I do all of my case prep, before beginning to load. However, I do load bullets, as the Chargemaster measures out the next charge, and it does not seem to affect the accuracy of the charge weights. I watch the scale reading, as I take the pan off of the scale each time, so I can verify each and every charge weight. I have also verified the calibration with test weights during my loading, and I have not witnessed any issues. The manual does give cautions, but I prefer to actually verify things for myself.

I keep as many bullets as will fit on the shelf underneath to add weight, and stability, but it is full, so my stainless tumbler and more bullets are stored underneath. My powder and primers are legally stored in locked wooden boxes, and my dies, manuals, and other tools are stored in shelving units.
