It looks good for the money if you haven't already got a Giraud. I like the fact that it comes with a good selection of conversion bushings. They need a bushing for 7.5x55 Swiss, though.
That Lyman trimmer has somewhat copied the design of the Frankford Arsensal platinum series trimmer. The FA is probably a better machine because it trims, inside and outside chamfers, and cleans primer pockets all on the same machine. All the Lyman does is trim by the looks of it.
Try Natchez, cheaper yet, and I have had no issues with shipping from them. Bought Chargemaster, moulds, Hornady trim/prep center, bunch of other little stuff.
I had the classic trimmer and the bushing where the turning shaft rides became loose and it was not allowing for an accurate repetitive trim. Not very well designed and not very well made too.
Contacted their customer service two months after the warranty expired. They pointed to the warranty and offered a new unit with no real price advantage.
No Lyman for me anymore.
