Just picked up a new to me M-305, a bit different from my other one, the finish on the new one is quite nice as is the refinished stock, have yet to shoot it. The Ser. # is AL0000### and I noticed the hole for the scope mount on the left of the receiver does not have the built in mounting plate. the seller said this is one of the early guns to come over, any useful comments?
