I just shot my new M&P 40 (Thanks to Frontier Firearms) and the sights are way off. The rear sight is windage only but it is shooting way low. Is this something you just have to compensate for? At first I thought ammo but it is grouping so it must be the sights....Ideas?

First, have you had any other experienced shooters try it? If so, did they shoot low as well? What distance are you shooting at?

Have you shot from a rest? I would suspect that the problem comes from the shooter, not the gun. Practice dry-fire drills and learn where your trigger breaks. Most "My gun is shooting low" or "My gun is shooting low-left" are poor grip and recoil anticipation.

Bullet goes to white dot on front sight when all the sights are lined up (as stated above). If you're shooting at something small, the front sight post will partially (or fully) conceal what you're shooting at.
