The L5 Translucent Magazine will be introduced at SHOT. It will be on display at the Falcon Industries.
The lancer mags use a diffent material then magpul, the companies background is in advanced polymers so they have been working with them for a while.

These are prototypes and not final products.

Fancy mags serve no purpose now, but it's important to demonstrate an interest - indeed a need to possess the latest and greatest of firearms stuffery.

If the libs have statistics that show we don't want it they'll spin it that way. We should excercise every last bit of freedom to own stuff that's cool before it gets banned.

I think I saw a post on AR15.com about transparent PMags. I can't find it but I remember something about them.

Anyone able to find evidence of these?

I don't want it but I do need it. I have a 5/90 rounds AR drum, serves no purpose but looks fckn cool!! I'm very gun shallow, if it looks cool, I want it.

I'd be one for sure. It may hold 5 shots, but because it is clear, I can insert laminated photocopies of a stack of 5.56s so that it looks like a 30, but isn't.

If it is a solid well built mag, how exactly is that useless?

Just saying that here, with the cold weather, I doubt that the way that the lips are holding on the polymer that it will be strong enough. If you slam them to hard for a reload, may break
