New Makarov - need ammo!

I just bought a new Makarov off the EE.

Now I need to find 9x18mm Makarov ammo.

Anyone have advice on where to find some?

Any Makarov shooters here with tips on the new pistol?

Is it an un-fusked with Mak or a bastard 105mm+ like mine? I have a case of MFS brass-cased, boxer-primed ball that I've considered selling you some of, since you gave us such cool pics of commie guns and hot Arctic babes.
As for advice, sorry nothing here. My parts Mak with a Federal extended ported barrel still doesn't want to feed properly. Snappy little pistola though. I was surprised. If you wanna split some Speer Gold Dots with me, lemme know. I'm up for splitting a bullet-buy.

welcome to the Mak club..I own 3..and just used my Chinese Type 59 in the Wainwright shoot yesterday

I lucked out buying alot of the MFS 9Mak ammo too

Does it not shoot 9mm luger?

It's a 9x18 Makarov. The bore is oversize at 9.2mm for a 9mm Luger and the chamber is too short.

Only shoot 9x18 Makarov in a 9x18 Makarov. Don't shoot .380 ACP in it either.

9x18 is not 9x19.

Do Maks look anything like these four pistols that I own? The Mak is an amazing handgun for its size. Why? It has eerie accuracy, off a bench I am able to put all shots into a paper plate at 25 meters. The Mak also has a long D/A trigger and a great S/A trigger. Maks are superb small handguns.
