Hi All.

Just received my PAL after a very short waiting period (29 days!) and already adding to my collection here in Canada.

After many years of not plinking since living in Australia, I'm excited to be back into the sport.

Excited to meet more folks in the community here!

Thanks for the kind words all. As for the laws in Australia, they differ per state, but are relatively strict in terms of onwership and rights. I am glad to see the freedoms we do here in Canada after becoming a citizen.

So far the collection is comprised of a 10/22 Takedown that I have installed a backpacker stock on and a 12ga / Winchester SXP with nice wooden furniture. I am looking forward to getting another Remington 700 in the near future after owning one in Australia. I am glad to see that there is a good used market for equipment while i'm on a budget building out the collection.

Glad to see a welcoming community in Canada, too. Thanks for the warm welcome folks.

Good for you , I remember years ago the Australian singer Steve Lee did a song about guns. I like guns it was called and the laws must have really changed because he had handguns most of us can't get (4" barrels) enjoy the site and welcome to Canada.
