I'm a new member from the Montreal area. Have alot of interest in precision shooting keeping in mind that the long distance are quite limited in the shooting club. I'm also a occasional big game hunter.
Now, I passed the restricted arm course and waiting for the new licence. While waiting, I try to gather as much as information as possible to plan my first handgun purchase. I know I want a .22LR and a 9mm. Now, I'm looking at the 1911 options and it is very confusing... Alot of reading and I don't want to spend a fortune. If I had ti buy a 1911 now in 9mm I would go for a Springfield Armory Range officer, but my choice may change...Anyway, thanks for all the informations in this forum and I look forward for my next purchase.
