I'm trying to adjust the elevation of the rear sight on a new style mini 14. I've reached the maximum of the adjustment and the riffle still shoots several inches too high at 50yds. I'm shooting fedral 55gr soft points and american eagle fmj's. Any suggestions? Has anyone else had this problem. I dont want to start messing with the front sight as I'll screw up the finish.
