New mini 14 issues

So I bought a new ranch rifle dispite all the mixed reviews. So far the accuracy is nothing to complain about ........hits where im aiming however it seems to b bending every shell it spits out. Tosses them bout 30 feet away. My biggest concern was when I looked in the breech to clear a stoppage and noticed that one round had been pushed into the previous shell that had been sheared in half. I'm shootin American eagle fmj
What's goin on w my brand new gun?

Don't know much about them I would start with researching gas pressure settings read up on over gassing them; just from what I know about the M14 and M305 platform. If I remember correctly that is what they are built around.

violent ejection and hard extractions = gas problem

You may want to return the gun or install a smaller gas bushing.
