Love that M70. Chambered in 325WSM, you will speak softly and carry a Big Stick in Moose country. Enjoy the combo, it looks great.


PS,.....just looked at the pic's again, and I'd say the rig looks elegant and purposeful. The Rifleman's Rifle!

Buying a new [or used] rifle is always a nice pick-me-up [as long as you can pay for it!]. Glad to hear things are looking up for you.

I've had an interest in the 8mm cartdridges for a while now, but I still haven't secured one for myself yet. One day.

Once again thanks everyone for the kind words and encouragement. I am a little disappointed with the trigger pull weight adjustment screw. The screw heads are covered with what looks like epoxy AUGH! Looks like I am gonna have to do some work to free up the heads and lighten the trigger pull. Oh well if thats the worst with this rifle then I am still extremely happy.

All rifles come from the big shop with some kind of crap on the adjustments to keep us mortals from fiddling with them.

A soldering iron is your friend :)
