With all the dealers of firearms out there It seems to be getting harder and hard to find good customer service. I've seen way to many threads lately about poor treatment and service so I thought I better let SFRC know how much I appreciated their excellent customer service, recommendations and great prices. The staff at SFRC took the time to help me out instead of rush me off the phone. My mail order was exactly as promised including a once over before it was sent out. That personal touch goes a long way in my book and from my recent experience I would definitely recommend SFRC.

how long did it take to get yours?
im pushin 4 weeks (i know it was a pre order...just curious)

glad to hear you got yours and are happy.

You get them much faster if you offer to provide an awesome reference on CGN... cou:

ryan at SFRC is top notch for customer service, the guys at NEA have also been very good for customer service with me

congrats on the new gun! enjoy shooting it man
 
I would also agree that I have gotten as good of service from NEA as SFRC. I sent in a warranty question and they responded to me in less than an hour. They also wanted to know how the rifle was performing and were thankful for the feedback.

The rifle itself is top notch - the fit and finishes is superb. A few members of my club had to come over to my bench this past weekend and look it over - they all came to the same conclusion. Very tight fitting, accurate, lightweight and well designed. When I told them the price no one would believe me and it was made right here in Ontario. Lifetime warranty - man I love this rifle.
 
Talked to SFRC today, Marcy and Ryan helped my order along, i was too far back on their 14.5" list and opted to take a 12.5 with 12" rail.
i also changed my optic choice to the Vortex Sparc. ive used it before and really liked it.

hopefully it gets here in time for me to sight it in before the zombies come.
 
Nothing to do with NEA, but I have made a few purchases from Ryan at SFRC including an M&P which is being registered as we speak. Nothing but fantastic things to say about them. Great customer service, great prices, great selection, and helpful staff. I will continue to make SFRC the first place I look when I am shopping. Thanks again Ryan!!
 
Being my first online purchase from SFRC...
Should I expect a email with tracking info?
How do I know when its transfered into my name?
 
If you ordered online you'll see your order change from pending to processing. Once the transfer starts you'll get an email with the transfer reference # (you don't need to call the CFC, it is for reference only) and once it ships you'll be sent a tracking #.

Just want to say thanks to SFRC.
you guys have great service! got my NEA 12.5 today...cant wait to try her out this weekend!
