right you are, they have KCI ak mags (not as beefy as the chinese ) for $30 but the better deals are the 20 rds and 40 rds mags for $33 and $37 respectively.

and a bonus of converting to T81 for only $10. good deal.

i did say with it's original kit and if it is a model with a factory shaved off bayo lug ....... that is "original kit" eh?

im not disputing your original kit, im just stating later model didnt come with bayo and btw, it wasnt shaved off, it wasnt altered. they just didnt finish making the stub into a lug.

hmm cool stuff .... I haven't checked marstar lately and didn't realize they had more mags in stock. Gonna order some of those 5/20 mags and try them out

i have not checked marstar I was merely ballparking.
thanx to our fantastic cgn dealers and manufacturers there are many choices these days for spending 1000+ on a semi and most people want something a little more modern for that price point.
regardless, you don't, and won't see any EE adds of mine containing any sks-d rifles for sale..... at any price

that is a very clever choice if you like the sks d personally while i really the sks has a proven shtf and civil war firearms i do prefer the t81 but that is just me ...
