Yes I did. They will refund me upon receipt. Good folks there. It's too bad as I really wanted that Monarch... but as fate would have it, I found two new old stock Elite 3500's for less than the price of the Monarch. My experience with Japanese Bushnell Elites on my hunting rifles has been 100% reliable with above average glass.

Definitely still full warranty coverage on their riflescopes, despite their exit from the market.

I have a Nikon Monarch 3 that had a stuck elevation turret so I loosened the screw in the centre of the zero reset adjustmenta dial a little and with a hard finger turn it moved . May not be the same on yours .

Them Nikon scopes are nice, imo. Too bad they stopped selling them under their brand name.
